  First of all, I was the only customer at the counter and I had to call for service. The team member was polite. When I received my order, a small chips, I opened the the container and it was around a third full. I counted the contents and I had received only 20 chips. A pretty poor effort. I don't think that one chip would cost 15 cents. Sad to see as I have had great food and ample servings in the past.

  I'll agree with other customers with their comments around this shop, at one stage, being the best fish and chip shop in Bundaberg - unfortunately this is no longer the case.
  
  Serving portions used to be generous and the customer service experience always left the customer satisfied and wanting to return.
  
  After my recent experience Friday 29th December at approx. 1530 when I expressed my concerns with the 17 yo counter clerk she rebuffed me as if she couldn't care less and only appeared interested if I wanted to order something or not, my many years in Retail Management allowed me to understand that it shouldn't be a complete reflection on the business as general disrespect is generally commonplace among the younger generation.

  I've had like 50 pizzas here in the last 12 months. They are THE BEST pizzas!! Everything else about the shop and service is good too but I really want to emphasise that the pizzas are consistently amazing. Best pizzas in Bargara by far. Plenty of toppings. Good choices of toppings and cooked well. Great work

  $20 for a burger that's use to be approx $12 only a couple months ago. $5 chips that are so small it's not even enough for a bloody mouthful. Use to love this place but now I won't go back. RIP OFF

  While in Bargara for a wedding we visited Bradlees twice to try both the fish and chips and the pizza. The service was efficient and friendly and the barramundi pack for 2 was fresh and delicious - great chips with chicken salt. We opted for the supreme pizza and it didn’t disappoint. Very generous toppings. Calling ahead to order definitely helps manage wait times during peak periods too. If you’re looking for a tasty local takeaway meal definitely stop in.
