  Most impressive. Its little wonder that all the residents we met during our visit happily extolled its quality, its facilities and its laid back lifestyle.
  The general slogan seemed be "we should have come here sooner"
  The other feature of our visit was the staff. Sandy, Jan and Kim. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and showed us every aspect of life in the Resort.

  The only downside is the Villas are way too close to each other.
  
  Noisy neighbors. No privacy.
  
  Can hear every conversation especially when phone is on loudspeaker. So inconsiderate.
  Everything else is amazing.

  Palm Lake Care Bargara provides excellent living conditions for residents; well equipped rooms, community facilities delivering a comprehensive program of in-house activities complemented by regular outings, beautifully prepared meals selected from a varied menu, wrapped around the very best clinical care tailored to individual residents.

  We come here 2 to 3 times a year to visit my brother-in-law & his wife. Always love coming. A very beautiful place with great facilities & very friendly residents. They really make us feel like part of their community. They have included me on their Australi Day bowls competition & I don't play bowls. Great place & great people.

  Palm Lakes is a great place if you're looking to feel part of a close knit community particularly as ageing. Great facilities to keep you busy and fit.
  It is a gated community however with the amount of building happening that security is no longer present.
  The disappointing components is building a place where there is no decent phone signal. Therefore if you want a safety fall alarm, you can't as unreliable mobile coverage. I don't understand why this was addressed before building...and continuing to build.
  It is great that families can bring their pets to live in the resort. Although they offer a dog park onsite the size of the park really isn't adequate to the amount of people now residing in the complex.
